Bulletin Submissions

Items to be considered for publication in our bulletin can be submitted to our Bulletin Editor:

  • via email to Administrative Assistant, at [email protected]
  • faxed to the Parish Office at 262-628-2076
  • deliver in written format to the Parish Office, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 


All information must be submitted by noon on Monday for the upcoming weekend's bulletin. However, more advanced notice is appreciated. During special times of the year, like Christmas and Easter, this submission time may be moved up; watch the bulletin for details. 

Bulletin inserts must be approved by the Director of Administrative Services. Arrangements for making copies and stuffing the inserts into the bulletin can be discussed at the time of submission. Bulletin inserts should be submitted at least two weeks in advance for approval by the Director of Administration. 

Pulpit Announcements

Please submit all pulpit announcements to the Parish Office by noon on Monday before the weekend that you would like them read after Mass. Please submit text to our Administrative Assistant at [email protected] or in hardcopy form, and it will be forwarded to the Pastor for final approval. Include phone number and email address for follow up.
