Thank you for allowing us to be part of your family’s faith journey. We are proud to offer faith formation from K4 through high school.

Grades K4-K5 meet Sunday 9:50-11a.m.
Grades 1-5 meet Wednesday 6:15-7:30p.m.
Grades 6-Confirmation meet on Sundays from 11:00 am-12:15 pm.

Faith Formation Mission
Faith formation is a lifelong journey of learning, teaching, living and sharing the Gospel. Our goal is to develop and deepen a relationship of communion and intimacy with Jesus Christ, which leads us to the Father through the Holy Spirit, in the context of family, parish, and community.

Registration
The 2024-2025 faith formation registration form and calendars will be emailed and posted early August. If you are new to the program please email us now with your child/ren name and grade so we can plan teachers and supplies accordingly. Have a blessed Summer!

Office Locations
Our offices are located in the day school building around the corner from the school main office. During the school day (Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-3:00p.m.) please enter the secured doors at the far right of the building. During faith formation sessions please use the Parish Center doors located in the center of the building.
