Welcome to St. Boniface faith formation! We are proud to offer faith formation K4 through high school. Grades K4-K5 meet Sunday 9:45-11a.m., Grades 1-5 meet Wednesday 6:15-7:30p.m., Grades 6-10 and Confirmation meet Sunday from 11am-12:15pm.
Faith Formation Mission
Faith formation is a lifelong journey of learning, teaching, living and sharing the Gospel. Our goal is to develop and deepen a relationship of communion and intimacy with Jesus Christ, which leads us to the Father through the Holy Spirit, in the context of family, parish, and community.
Registration
It is time to register for 2022-2023 faith formation. Please click on the registration form below, fill out both sides and return with payment to the parish office via mail or to the rectory drop box as soon as possible. Printed registration forms are also available in the narthex of church.

Office Locations
Our offices are located in the day school building around the corner from the school main office. During the school day (Monday-Thursday 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m.) please enter the secured doors at the far right of the building. During faith formation sessions please use the Parish Center doors located in the center of the building.
